As Kollyinsider reported earlier, Yennai Arindhaal appears to have hit some bottlenecks on its way to releasing in theatres next Thursday ...
It turns out that as the Censors Board is taking its time to watch and certify the film, it might undergo a delay of another week or so to release in theatres on 5th February.
It has now been let known that the certification process was still under way for 'Yennai Arindhaal' and that yesterday was the initially planned day for the film getting certified. However, since there were many other films waiting in line to get certified, 'Yennai Arindhaal' took a short delay and has now been given a clean U/A certificate without any cuts.
If the sources are to be believed, producer AM Ratnam and Gautham Menon are in talks with censor board for clean U certificate. However, viewers have to wait a little for the final certificate and the release date will be confirmed thereafter.
Shree Sai Raam Creations produced Yennai Arindhaal casts Anushka, Trisha, Arun Vijay, Vivek in pivotal roles. Harris Jayaraj is the music director. Yennai Arindhaal is slated for February 5 release.
Stay tuned for an official announcement from makers...
