After Kadal, Mani Rathinam is directing a film titled Okay Kanmani. Dulquer Salman and Nithya Menon have donned the lead roles. Prakash Raj, Kaniga and Ramya have donned important roles in the film.

The film which has been produced by Mani Rathinam has the music of A R Rahman. Legendary cinematographer P C Sriram has handled the camera.

The shooting of the film has been completed and the post-productions works are going on in rapid pace. Mani Rathinam has directed lots of romantic films. In that way this film has also a youthful love story. This film has been produced in Tamil and Malayalam.

At this juncture, it has been decided to release the film in Telugu also. Reliable sources say that the film has been titled Okay Bangaru.
