Efforts are being made to remake the Hindi film P K in Tamil. The Hindi film had Amir Khan in the lead role.

This film was released worldwide on 19th December in thousands of theatres. This film has yielded a profit of Rs 550 Crores. It marks a new high for Bollywood as the highest earning (domestic) movie ever.

There were some controversies because this film was against Hinduism. There were protests against Amir Khan. In spite of all this, the film was rocking in the box office.

Sources say that Vijay has watched PK with his family members at Sathyam Cinemas during the Christmas eve. Kaththi actor was impressed by Aamir’s Performance and liked the movie content.

Now efforts are being taken to remake this film in Tamil. It is expected that Vijay will don the role of Amir Khan. Vijay had also acted in the film Nanban which is the remake of Amir Khan Starrer Three Idiots. Vijay is currently donning the lead role in the film titled Puli. This film is being directed by Chimbudevan.
