Rajini Murugan
After Maan Karate actor Sivakarthikeyan’s recent release ‘Kaaki Sattai’ released last Friday, February 27th worldwide in above 700 screens.

Though trade sources say Kakki Sattai minted Rs. 15.58 Crores at box office in 4 days, the movie has been bound to mixed reviews and the box office collections are pretty average indeed.

Several reasons like academic annual examinations and ICC World Cup 2015 have been reported as one of the major reasons in stopping audiences from going to theatres.

The actor will resume the shooting of next scheduled for his forthcoming project ‘Rajini Murugan’, directed by Ponram and produced by Thirrupathi Brothers and Eros International. One of the close sources report that the buyers of Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film ‘Rajini Murugan’ are slightly in dilemma and disappointment about its business due to this unexpected result of Kaaki Sattai.

But, what we hear from the sources is, ‘Rajini Murugan’ has done a business of about Rs.40Crores, the ever biggest trade in the career of Sivakarthikeyan. Studio Green K.E. Meanwhile, we hear that Sivakarthikeyan hasn’t signed any new projects for now and will start listening to the scripts only after the completion of Rajini Murugan.
