Superstar Rajnikanth fans are desperately looking up for their matinee idol next flick.

There was some news that AR Murugadoss is likely to direct Superstar’s next film, produced by Aascar Ravichandran. With the discussions still happening, the project might actually take off only December 2015.

Sources are rife with the news that Rajinikanth is keen on starring in a complete comic caper. The Superstar is known for timing his comedy well on the silver screens and sense of humour, as most of his films do not need a separate comedy track. It is worth mentioning that Rajnikanth always manages to enthrall everyone over this genre that includes his magnum opus ‘Chandramukhi’.

We hear from sources that Rajini has instructed his confidantes that he wants to treat his fans with a laugh riot. The ball has been set rolling to fulfil his desire, add sources, and the star is in the process of listening to scripts to pick out the best. Rajini’s last outing was the KS Ravi Kumar directorial, Lingaa.
