Choreographer turned actor and filmmaker Raghava Lawrence directed horror-comedy 'Muni 3' has been rechristened as 'Kanchana 2' as reported by kollyinsider earlier.

Scaring cinema lovers with his haunting acts is on tips of choreographer Lawrence always. After a deadly attack on audiences with Muni and Kanchana, the next instalment is little delayed but it is finally here. The first look posters of Lawrence's Kanchana 2 released today [March 14].

This film is a perfect sequel for the series of evil-good-spirit possessing movies being directed by Lawrence of late. As the first look speaks for above all, his bald head attire with that vibudhi and tilak on his forehead makes him the sage who beats the tongue out. Heroines Taapsee and Nitya Menon are also portraying two such scary roles in the movie, while Taapsee is tipped to be the lead girl alongside Lawrence in the flick. Kovai Sarala, Devadharshini, Sriman and many others to its star cast.
Sun Pictures is back after a hiatus and they will be releasing Raghava Lawerence’s successful horror franchise Kanchana 2.

Kanchana 2 will have Thaman’s music and Rajavel Oliveeran’s cinematography and is expected to hit the screens in mid April. Sun Pictures in association with Thenandal Films will be distributing Raghavendra Production film Kanchana 2 across the globe. Makers are yet to confirm Kanchana 2 release date.
