Aishwarya R Dhanush's second directorial venture 'Vai Raja Vai' has cleared censor formalities with a clean U certificate from the board.

Excited 3 director herself confirmed the reports in his Twitter page. "#Vairajavai clears censor with a"U"certificatehew!!release date to be announced super soon!!2015 summer..truly making us break a sweat!", she posted.

AGS Entertainments produced Vai Raja Vai with the likes of Gautham Karthik, Priya Anand, Taapsee, Deniel Balaji, Manobala,Vivek and others among cast and ensemble crew music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematographer Velraj and editor VT Vijayan.

Makers are also happy that their film is eligible for the 30% Tax exemption. Vai Raja Vai is gearing up for April 24th release.
