Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan was in the city yesterday for the photo shoot for his forthcoming Tamil actioner 'Thoongaavanam'.

Kamal, Prakash Raj, Trisha and others were part of the shoot on Wednesday. And the team is reported to be happy with the way photos have come out.

Excited Kamal Haasan share the reports in his verified Facebook account. "Team is extremely happy about how ?#?Thoongaavanam? has incepted, output of the principal photography shoot is phenomenal & the crew is excited to put out the first look of the film soon", said Kamal.

The makers of Kamal Haasan-starrer Tamil-Telugu bilingual "Thoongaavanam" are planning to unveil the first look of the movie on May 25.

After Uthama Villain Kamal Haasan decided to act in a film which was to be directed by his associate director Rajesh. Trisha and Prakash Raj are donning important roles.

Said to be a fast-paced thriller, "Thoongaavanam" will feature Haasan in the role of a policeman. The entire story will unfold in a single night.

Cinematography by Sanu Varghese, editor Vijay Shankar and music director Mohamaad Ghibran among crew.

There are three heroines in the film. Trisha has been signed for the female lead role. Manisha Koraila will be donning Kamal’s wife.
