Ajith's untitled Siruthai Siva directorial has begun its second schedule in the city.

Targeted as a Diwali release, 'Thala 56' is a proper family entertainer in the director's trademark style and features Shruti Haasan, Lakshmi Menon, Soori, Ashwin Kakumanu, 'Motta' Rajendran among others.

After caning Thala Ajith's intro song and few scenes involving Lakshmi Menon in the first schedule, director Siva is planning to shoot some important sequences including fights during this schedule. Actor Kabir Duhan Singh has joined the sets to cross swords with Ajith in Thala 56.
