Here is an interesting update on Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film under the direction of Pa. Ranjith.

It may be recalled that there were speculations doing the rounds regarding the title of the film. The most talked about title was Kaali. But an official confirmation on the film's title has been made a few minutes ago, and Kabaali has been chosen.

The reason being that the role Rajinikanth plays is called Kabaleeshwaran or Kabali in the film, making the team opt for this title. The title was confirmed through a press release by the PRO of the film, Riaz Ahamed.

This 159th film of Rajinikanth has Radhika Apte, Prakashraj, Dinesh, Kalaiyarasan and many others in the cast. With the music of Santhosh Narayanan, this gangster flick produced by Kalaipuli. S. Thanu is expected to start the shooting from the second week of September, in Malaysia.
