Actor vivek’s son Prasanna kumar (age 13) passed away due to brain fever in SRM hospital Vadapalani. Prasanna Kumar was suffering from brain fever and was been treated over a month at SRM Institutes for Medical Science at Vadapalani, Chennai, and he took his last breathe here on Thursday Afternoon.

He is survived by father Vivek, mother Arulselvi and sisters Amritha Nandini and Tejaswini. Prasanna was good at keyboard playing.
