Simbu-Nayanthara starrer ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’, which is lying in the cans for a long time now, has at last made some progress. If sources are to be believed, the movie’s audio will be launched soon.

“Kuralarasan, who is making his debut as music composer with this flick, has done a good job. The album will be launched after Deepavali. The film will hit the screens by the end of this year,” sources said.

Directed by Pandiraj, the film’s album has songs crooned by Yuvan, Shruti Haasan and T Rajendar. Due to various problems, the shoot got disrupted and Pandiraj and Kural even lashed out at each other.

As the project got delayed, Pandiraj became busy with two projects— ‘Pasanga 2′ and ‘Kathakali’ with Vishal. While ‘Pasanga 2′ is ready for release, ‘Kathakali’ is fast nearing completion, sources said.
