Suriya's ‘24’ goes low-ball to compensate 'Massu Engira Maasilamani' loss

Actor Suriya's previous outing 'Massu Engira Maasilamani' directed by Venkat Prabhu turned out to be a box office disaster, which was prone to mediocre reviews.

With the trade analysts labeling the film as box office loss, both Suriya and Studio Green Films K.E. Gnanavel Raja have decided to sell their upcoming film '24' at a decent price, which will be like compensating the loss incurred by distributors and theatre owners during 'Masss' business.

The film is directed by Vikram Kumar of Yaavarum Nalam fame and is produced by Suriya's home banner of 2D Entertainment. Studio Green K.E. Gnanavel Raja is releasing the film and both of them have decided to sell the movie at a pretty affordable price.

Meanwhile, the final schedule of this film featuring Suriya, Samantha and Nithya Menen is getting close on the heels of completion.
