Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’ titled ‘Mahadev’
The Telugu version of Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film ‘Kabali‘ has been named as ‘Mahadev’. Interestingly, both ‘Kabali’ and ‘Mahadev’ are the names of Lord Shiva, whose ardent devotee is Rajini.

The shoot of the film is fast taking shape in Malaysia, and if sources are to be believed, about two third of the movie has been shot. “The rest will be completed by January and the film will hit the screens for Tamil New Year,” sources added.

Last week, Rajinikanth celebrated Deepavali in Kuala Lumpur with the cast and crew of ‘Kabali’. A huge cake, which had the letters KABALI engraved on it, was cut by the ‘thalaivar’ and distributed to unit members.

The film is directed by Pa Ranjith and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. Radhika Apte plays the leading lady of ‘Kabali’, which also has Kishore, Attakathi Dinesh, Kalaiarasan and others in key roles. Music is by Santhosh Narayanan.
