The makers of Kabali have released a new poster of superstar Rajinikanth's film. And instead of releasing it on the social media, which has become customary, the makers chose to go old school. A big cut-out of the poster was unveiled at the Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai.

And eventually, the poster found its way into social media. Rajinikanth looks fierce in the new poster and he is seen emerging from a pit pushing down many goons and gangsters.

The movie also stars Radhika Apte, who plays Rajinikanth’s wife. She has gone through an amazing transformation with make-up to look way older than her age. Impressive, is the word. Actress Dhansika will also be seen playing a small time baddie in the film, and is also rumoured to be playing Rajini’s daughter.

Directed by Pa Ranjith of Madras fame, Kabali also has Radhika Apte, Dhanshikaa, Attakathi Dinesh and John Vijay in pivotal roles. The music for Kabali is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, a frequenter in Ranjith's films.
