Sivakarthikeyan to play crucial role in Pawan Kalyan's Telugu movie

Kollywood actors being cast in prominent roles in Telugu films seems to have become the go-to move for directors to get Tamil audiences excited about their big budget films.

Lately Tollywood direcor Sukumar was looking to cast Vijay Sethupathi in Pushpa and now, Sivakarthikeyan is under consideration for Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie under direcor Krish, it seems. The director is known for deft handling of his subjects and extracting good performances too.

If Sivakarthikeyan really accepts the offer and takes up the project, if film works, he may improve his market in Telugu. Sivakarthikeyan the heartthrob of Tamil cinema is reigning as one of the most bankable heroes in the circuit who predominantly caters to the family audiences. SK, as he is fondly called by fans, is currently doing 'Doctor' directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and 'Ayalaan' directed by Ravikumar and is in talks for more films post the coronavirus lockdown ends.
