Gautham Menon released Simbu's making video of 'Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn'
Director Gautham Menon's recently released the lockdown short film shot with iphone titled 'Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn', received well among audiences and received more than five million views as of today. Meantime, Gautham Menon shared the making video of the short film by Simbu in the social network Instagram.

Sharing the behind the scenes video of Simbu, Gautham wrote, "This is how we made it happen. Thank you SIlambarasan, I loved the process! #karthikdialseythayenn." In the one-minute-long video, Simbu and Gautham Menon are in a video conference call. He said, "I know you can manage by yourself. I'll tell you about the close-up shots that I need and the rest you can manage." To which, the actor said, "I've placed the rig as you said. There's another loyal cameraman with me. He's masked and safe too. I'll send you the videos as and when I shoot it."

Gautham Menon also thanked Simbu for agreeing to be a part of Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn. "Bro, thank you for being a part of the short film. I wanted to do something for a long time and you agreed to it as well. It's inspiring." Simbu gave him a thumbs up and asked Gautham to keep it as a surprise.

Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn is a continuation to Gautham Menon's iconic 2010 film, Vinnaithandi Varuvaya, which starred Trisha and Simbu in the lead roles. The 12-minute long short film showcased Simbu's Karthik, who is still hung up on his first love.
