Few days back we reported after we learned from Trisha's twitter post that she is working on a short home made project with director Gautham Vasudev Menon.

Trisha's post with a video, in which director Gautham Menon was giving her instructions to shoot a video, had gathered a lot of interest as people were excited to see what their collaboration was about during this lockdown quarantine. Now, the teaser of this short film has been released! Titled Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn, the teaser has Trisha talking to somebody named Karthik over the phone!

The teaser starts with Trisha’s dialogue over the phone, "you can write Karthik." She praises about his talents and tells him that Amazon and Netflix etc. would approach him for his movies. She goes on to tell him not to push hard and force himself to write but to go with the flow. Motivating him to stay positive during the lockdown, she says "There’s beauty in your writing. People will always want good content", as the teaser ends with the lines, "There's hope". The short film will is expected to release soon.

The teaser runs for 50-seconds reminds us GVM earlier directorial with Trisha-Simbu starred blockbuster hit Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya. Most of the fans expect this to be a sequel to VTV and have been expressing their love for the movie and anticipation for the sequel post lockdown.
