With reports emerging Makkal selvan Vijay Sethupathi was roped in to play son of Nasser in Kamal Haasan's dream project 'Thalaivan Irukkindran', now there is fresh report on the leading ladies of the film.

Ulaganayagan announced last year about 'Thalaivan Irukkindran' which is said to be sequel Thevar Magan, a blockbuster hit released on 1992. The film will be jointly produced by Raaj Kamal films International in association with Subaskaran of Lyca Productions.

While Vadivelu and actres Revathi has been retained from the original film as well, Now, speculations are that Kamal Haasan's 'Vishwaroopam' girls, actress Andrea Jeremiah and Pooja Kumar have been roped in to play the female lead in the film. Meanwhile, AR Rahman has already begun composing music for this magnum opus.
'Thevar Magan' is a rural drama starred Sivaji Ganesan, Kamal Haasan, Revathi, Gauthami and Nasser in crucial roles and revolved around the character Sakthivel, who becomes a village chieftain after his father's demise and solves the problems of villagers. An official clarification on the cast and crew is expected soon.
