As we reported before Vignesh Shivan is going to helm Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Samantha Akkineni on his next titled 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal' (KRK).

'KRK' marks the director fourth film in his direction career and it is the second film with Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. They three worked together for the super hit romantic comedy 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan'.

Reports say the movie is a romantic comedy playing on a triangular love story angle between Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Samantha. Though the movie was about to go on floor on April 2020, COVID-19 lockdown pushed the starting date of the shoot.

Now, the latest update from the team is that the shooting of the film is going to start soon. Bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio in association with Vignesh Shivan's Rowdy Pictures, 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal' planned to begin shoot from August, confirmed by Seven Screen Studios on it's official social media page.

Though Vijay Sethupathi worked with Samanatha in 'Super Deluxe', he did not pair with her. But this time we may see him romancing Samantha. Also, this is the first time Nayanthara and Samantha will be sharing screen space. Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi awaits the release of his film 'Master' with Thalapathy Vijay directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
