Vikram's 'Cobra' shooting updates from director Ajay Gnanamuthu

Vikram 'Cobra'
Vikram was last seen on an action-thriller flick Kadaram Kondan and acting in a concept based movie 'Cobra' directed by 'Demonte Colony' and 'Imaikka Nodigal' fame director Ajay Gnanamuthu.

The movie's shooting was going on in full swing before the lockdown in Russia. The team had to stop the shoot midway at Russia and return to India as the Coronavirus situation was starting to get worse. As we all know, the entire industry is badly affected by the current situation and it is going to take quite some time to bounce back strongly.

Meantime, some reports claimed that the makers of Cobra are planning to shoot the remaining Russia portions in a studio setup in Chennai with a green matte. It reported that the makers have opted for this option due to budget related issues. However, when a leader asked about this on Twitter, Ajay Gnanamuthu dismissed the rumor and immediately replied "not possible".

'Cobra' raised the expectations among the fans after the first look poster which was released few months back. In the poster, we can saw Vikram in eight different getups like Kamal did in Dasavatharam.

Touted to be an action thriller entertainer Cobro also have KGF fame Srinidhi Shetty, K.S.Ravikumar, Anandaraj, Mia George, Irfan Pathan, Mirnalini Ravi, Roshan Matthews and Sarjano Khalid and is jointly produced by 7 Screen Studios Lalit Kumar and Viacom 18 studios. Cobra has music scored by A.R.Rahman. Cobra has cinematography by debutant Harish Kannan and editing by Bhuvan Srinvasan.
