Like any other Vijay movies, his next movie tentatively titled 'Thalapathy 65' for now is creating lot of buzz, hype and speculations around the internet.

Thalapathy 65 is yet to be announced officially, but past few days rumours and speculations were at its peak regarding the cast and technicians. We expect any official announcement regarding the project is likely to be made on Vijay's birthday, which falls on June 22.

While we wait for the makers to officially disclose the project details, here are some of the information we know about the film so far:

• Director: AR Murugadoss - Fourth movie with the star after Sarkar, Kaththi and Thuppakki.
• Producer:  Kalanithi Maran / Sun Pictures - Sun Pictures, AR Murugadoss and Vijay joining for the second time after 'Sarkar'
• Composer: S. Thaman - Thaman confirmed that he is part of Vijay - Murugadoss project
• Cinematographer: Santosh Sivan
• Genre: Action Thriller
• Female Lead: Yet to announce
• Other cast and crew: Yet to announce
• Start Date: Reports suggest the project will go on floors on January 2021. Vijay's previous films like Bigil and Mersal were started during the beginning of the year.
• Tentative Release: Diwali 2021 - Vijay has got a very good track record with last three Diwali releases namely Mersal, Sarkar and Bigil
•  Current situation: Murugadoss is said to be giving final touches to the script and hence nothing has been concretely planned.

Sources close to the actor say that the project is in its very early stages of development, only after the final script gets locked and the situation gets better in the outside world, a firm decision would be taken. Lets wait until June 22nd to see if we have some updates.
