Suriya is turning 45 on July 23rd and the actor's 'Soorarai Pottru' team is planning with a surprise update on the day.

'Soorarai Pottru' is one of the most anticipated films in Kollywood direct by Sudha Kongara. The movie is hottest in the trade as the OTT players are ready to offer several crores for releasing it in their streaming platform. The star cum producer is trying his best to get the movie to theaters to satisfy his fans.

Suriya fans who have already started his birthday celebrations on social media in advance have been demanding 'Soorarai Pottru' trailer. However, the makers say it not possible to release the trailer of the movie without fixing the release date and pondering how to satisfy the star's fans.

Meanwhile, the film’s music director GV Prakash took to twitter to share that the makers of the film will release something important on Suriya’s birthday. Well now there is some official confirmation to look forward to and celebrate Suriya's birthday.

Per our guess, it could be a single track release from the film. The makers have already release three of the tracks from the album and they have struck a chord with the audience. The 'Maara Theme' song has become a chartbuster, for which Suriya lends his voice.

Jointly produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment and Shikya Entertainment, the film will have Suriya, Aparna Balamurali, and Jackie Shroff in the lead roles. Suriya will be playing the role of Nedumaran Rajangam, who is an angry young pilot. It is speculated that the film is a story of a young pilot who fights against all odds to start his own airline company.
