Actor Vijay Sethupathi was last seen playing an extended cameo in Ashok Selvan's 'Oh My Kadavule'. He a has almost dozens of movies on hand, and they are in different stages of production.

The actor have nearly six movies ready for release. Fans eagerly waiting to see him in his upcoming film 'Master' with actor Vijay. Yesterday, the first look from his 'Tughlaq Durbar' with director Delhiprasad Deenadayalan has been released recently.

Meanwhile in a recent interview, the actor revealed that he has been signed to do a short film to be directed by Bejoy Nambiar. “I listened to the script and really loved it. I am looking forward to shoot for this film and it will go on floors once the Lockdown is over.” , Vijay Sethupathi mentioned in the interview. The shoot will start once filming is allowed.

Bejoy Nambiar, who is a associate director of Mani Ratnam, directed some movies and short-films before. He is known for his movies like 'David' with Vikram and 'Solo' with Dulquer Salmaan in lead role.

Vijay Sethupathi's another short-film alongside Regina Cassandra and his daughter Shreeja Sethupathi shot in last November is awaiting release. He also confirmed starring in 2 web-series for OTT platform, details of which will be revealed soon.

Among the films Vijay Sethupathi awaits release in Tamil are 'Master' with Vijay directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' by Kaaka Muttai fame Manikandan, 'Maamanithan' by Seenu Ramasamy, 'Laabam' with Shruti Haasan directed by SP Jananathan etc.

In Telugu, he has Uppena and Pushpa. The actor has also been roped in for Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, loosely based on the Hollywood hit film Forrest Gump that released in 1994.
