Milk beauty actress Tamannaah Bhatia shared the news that her parents are tested positive for COVID-19 disease caused by coronavirus.

The actress took twitter to share that her patents, father Santosh and mother Rajani, showed 'mild COVID-19 symptoms' of the infection over the weekend after which everyone at their home got tested for the virus. The results showed that her parents were COVID-19 positive, however, the rest of the family members, including herself and the staff have tested negative.

In the social media handle,the 30-year-old actress posted, "My parents were showing mild COVID 19 symptoms over the weekend and as a precautionary measure everyone at home underwent tests immediately. The results have just come in, and unfortunately my parents have tested positive. The necessary authorities have been updated of their situation and we are complying with the precautionary guidelines. The rest of the family members, including myself and staff have tested negative. By the grace of god they coping well and all your prayer and blessings will put them on the road to recovery." (sic)

On the professional front, Tamannaah was last seen in 'Action' along with Vishal. She is waiting to resume the shoot of her upcoming Telugu sports action-drama, 'Seetimaarr', featuring Gopichand in the lead role. She is also waiting for the release of her Hindi film, 'Bole Chudiyan'.
