Thalapathy Vijay’s 'Master' is one of the most anticipated movies of the Kollywood industry. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj the release of the film has been delayed, and the fans have controlled themselves to watch the film on big screens.

Meanwhile, the film's song Vaathi Coming has crossed 70 million views on YouTube. The fans celebrated it using the hashtag 'Vaathi Coming' on Twitter. The 3-minute-54-second song is a fast-paced peppy number composed by Anirudh Ravichander while Gaana Balachander wrote the lyrics and they both gave vocals for the song.

'Vaathi Coming' single from the Album was released on March 10th and the ardent Vijay fans celebrates it ever since it was released because the lyrics portrays the star image of Vijay. Many fans heaped praise over the highest number of views for a Thalapathy Vijay song and trends the hashtag '#VaathiComing' on Twitter.

Bankrolled by XB Film Creators, Master has Vijay Sethupathi as the main antagonist, while Andrea Jeremiah and Malavika Mohanan will be seen as the leading ladies. Shanthnu Bhagyaraj and Arjun Das will be seen playing critical roles in the film.

While Suriya's 'Soorarai Pottru' has been announced to be a direct OTT release to the surprise of the actor's fans, the makers of 'Master' revealed that they don’t have plans to release it directly on OTT platforms.

On the film's release, the makers of 'Master' have now decided to the film's release for Pongal 2021 as there are no signs of the reopening of cinema halls. Even if the theatres open, trader trackers are not sure whether the audience will turn up like before. Further, the social media distancing norms might not help the distributors/exhibitors to recover their investments.
