Actor Bharath was last seen in detective thriller 'Kalidas' released on 13th December 2019. Directed by Sri Senthil, the movie had Bharath playing a cop and co-starring Suresh Menon and Ann Sheetal won rave reviews from critics and audiences.

Post success of 'Kalidas', Bharath signed '8' directed by Vijay Kaviraj and 'Naduvan', which is Sharran Kumar in his directorial debut.

Now the actor is going to part of a OTT Web-Series. To be produced by Kavithalayaa, the web-series has Ashok Selvan and Priya Bavani Shankar in the lead role besides Bharath. Karunakaran and Robo Shankar has been committed to play the supporting roles.

Said to be a science fiction with comedy elements, the web-series will be directed by Subu who had directed the comedy entertainer Sutta Kadhai. More details on the OTT platform and release are expected soon.

Bharath is also part of the Bollywood film 'Radhe', directed by Prabhu Deva. Reports suggest Bharath has been roped into play one of the antagonists in the film. 'Radhe', starring Salman Khan and Disha Patani, is reported to be based on a Korean movie Veteran and is touted to be an action-thriller. However, this is not Bharath's Bollywood debut. He was earlier seen in Kaizad Gustad's 2013 film 'Jackpot'.

The macho actor also has couple of Malayalam movies on hand.

On the other hand, Ashok Selvan was last seen in 'Oh My Kadvule' which garnered good response from the audience as well as critics. His Malayalam debut 'Marakkar' is under post-production. He also has long pending 'Nenjamellam Kadhal' and horror film 'Red Rum'.
