Director Caarthick Raju's upcoming directorial with Bigg Boss fame Raiza Wilson in the lead has been titled as 'The Chase'.
It is a Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual, which marks the Tamil debut of Anasuya Bharadwaj who was seen predominantly in Telugu cinema.

This film was shot in 18 days during the lockdown period, in a village called Sirumalai in Dindugal, after obtaining special permission and following the government's COVID safety measures.

The movie revolves around a mother, daughter and a teenager. Raiza Wilson and Harish Uthaman are the leading cast. While Bala Saravanan and Kaali Venkat will be a part of the Tamil version, these characters are reprised by Sathyam Rajesh and Madhu Nandan in Telugu Monica. Monica, who played Karthi's daughter in Kaithi, is also a part of the film.

Now, the makers of the film have revealed the title and the first look poster. The title and first look poster of the film has been released on Twitter by Actor Vijay Sethupathi.

The film is titled 'The Chase' and first look poster of the film has Raiza Wilson being hanged upside down from a tree in a forest with wounds all over her hands and face. The title on the poster also has blood over it.

'The Chase' is produced by Rajasekar Varma, who is also backing Caarthick Raju's other film, 'Soorpanagai'. This film has cinematography by Velraj and music by Sam CS and editing by Sabu Joseph.

Raiza was last seen playing a cameo role in Harish Kalyan's 'Dhanushu Raasi Neyargale'. Her upcoming films include 'Kadhalikka Yarumillai' starring GV Prakash Kumar, 'Alice', 'FIR' and 'Hashtag Love'.
