One of the most talented actresses in Kollywood, Aishwarya Rajesh teamed with Karthik Subbaraj for her upcoming film titled 'Boomika'.

'Boomika' marks Aishwarya Rajesh's 25th film and it is helmed by Rathindran Prasad. The film is presented by Karthik Subbaraj’s Stone Bench films and Passion Studios.

The makers of the film has unveiled the first look poster of this Tamil-Telugu bilingual today. Jayam Ravi and Tamannaah Bhatia launched the Tamil and Telugu first look of Boomika on twitter respectively.
Jayam Ravi took to his social media handle to share the first look of the film.

The first look poster features Aishwarya standing in the forest, covered in vines and leaves. The film is touted to be a horror thriller. The film is set in Nilgiri hills and the team had begun shooting for it last year. The film’s motion poster was released by Sivakarthikeyan recently.

Sources say that the film will directly release on Netflix. An official announcement on this regard is expected soon. It is worth mentioning here that Aishwarya's previous critically acclaimed film 'Ka Pae Ranasingam' also skipped theatrical release.

Roberto Zazzara cranks the camera of the film, Prithvi Chandrasekhar is scoring the music and Anand Geraldin is in charge of the cuts.

Apart from Bhoomika, Aishwarya will also be seen in 'Thittam Irandu' and Nani’s 'Tuck Jagadish'. She is also part of Ravindran’s much-delayed directorial debut 'Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kadhai', co-starring Ashwin Kakumanu and Abhay Deol.
