Simbu has joined hands with director Suseenthiran for a quick project to be produced by Madhav Media. Madhav Media earlier produced films like 'Zero', 'Ispade Rajavum Idhaya Raniyum' and the upcoming 'Oh Mana Penne'.

Simbu recently joined the shooting for the movie in Madurai and Dindugal and after this movie it was said that Simbu will resume shooting for his long delayed 'Maanaadu' with Venkat Prabhu.

This movie which is yet to be titled, which has Jayam Ravi starrer Bhoomi's heroine Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead, and director Bharathiraja who plays a key role in Maanaadu is also acting in this movie.

Meanwhile reports suggest that the first look featuring Simbu's slim and trim new look and title for the film will be unveiled on October 25, 2020, marking the occasion of Ayudha Pooja. An official confirmation on the same is however awaited.

Touted to be a rural entertainer, this movie has music by S Thaman and cinematography by Tirru, editing by Anthony and art direction by Rajeevan.
