We already reported that Simbu's film with Suseenthiran went on floors and the yet to be titled film has Nidhi Agarwal playing the leading opposite Simbu.

Now official announcement has been made on the same and the makers confirmed that S Thaman has been roped in to compose music for the film.

The movie is said to be produced Simbu's home banner Simbu Cine Arts and co-produced by Madhav Media, who produced 'Zero', 'Ispade Rajavum Idhaya Raniyum', 'Oh Mana Pennae', and the upcoming film of Sasi and Harish Kalyan.

It was also revealed that the film will be an action based family entertainer. The makers also confirmed that Thirunaavukkarasu will be cranking the camera, as per our earluer reports.

Bharathiraja is playing pivotal characters in the film for which Antony is taking care of the editing and Rajeevan is in charge of the production design.

The shooting is going on at a brisk pace in Dindigul and adjoining areas. It will be wrapped up in a single schedule and makers are planning to release the film by 2021.

Meanwhile, it was reported that Simbu will first finish the shooting of his film with Suseenthiran before joining the sets of Venkat Prabhu’s 'Maanaadu'. 'Maanaadu' has Kalyani Priyadarshan as the leading lady, SJ Suryah, Manoj Bharathiraja, Daniel Annie Pope will be seen playing the other crucial roles.

It was recently reported that Simbu and Kamal Haasan are set to join hands for the sequel of the superhit film 'Sigappu Rojakkal' and Tamil remake of Mollywood film 'Ayyappanum Koshium'. However, no official announcement was made on either of the films.
