Ajith survives with minor injuries in the sets of 'Valimai'

After the success of blockbuster hits 'Viswasam' and 'Nerkonda Paarvai', Thsls began 'Valimai', helmed by H Vinoth, who rose to fame with 'Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru'.

COVID-19 pandemic halted the movie shoot and the much anticipated film 'Valimai' resumed the work at the Ramoji film city in Hyderabad after the government granted permission for the film shooting.

Now the latest news is about the Thala and sources told us that Ajith has suffered minor injuries while performing a stunt on the sets of 'Valimai'. The incident took place during a bike chase sequence and suffered injuries on fingers and hands, say the reports.

Reports claim that Ajith is undergoing Ayurveda treatment for the same and likely to get better in two weeks. Post treatment, the actor is returning to Chennai and planning to get a break for a month before resuming work for next schedule.

This is not for the first time that he has injured himself during 'Valimai' shoot. Earlier, Thala sustained bruises on his arms and legs while performing a bike stunt back in Feburary this year.

Yami Gautam, Ileana D'Cruz and Huma Qureshi will reportedly be seen as female leads. 'Valimai' additionally stars Karthikeya, and Yogi Babu.

Bankrolled by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios, 'Valimai' has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Nirav Shah cranks the camera for the film.
