Long time buddies, Dhanush and GV Prakash worked together for many super-hit projects since 'Polladhavan'. There are many musical hits from the combo which include 'Polladhavan', 'Aadukalam', 'Mayakkam Enna' and in Dhanush’s production 'Kaaka Muttai'.

GV Prakash - Dhanush rifted apart after 2011 release Mayakkam Enna. Last year they both came together for Vetrimaaran's 'Asuran' and since the reunion, GV Prakash has been roped in for 'D43'. Recently, Dhanush also sang a beautiful number for GV Prakash's heroic film Jail. Along with Dhanush, Aditi Rai Hydari also crooned for the romantic number.

Now they both become gym buddies. GV Prakash Kumar took to his Twitter space and shared a photo with Dhanush while revealing that they both were training together in the gym. The selfie picture has Dhanush showing of his biceps from the gym. Looks like the actor is training hard for 'D43'.

Fans are waiting to hear from the duo's upcoming 'D43' as the duo has always given the audience good albums. GV Prakash had earlier revealed that he had finished composing music for the film.

On the work front, Dhanush will be next seen in Karthik Subbaraj's 'Jagame Thandhiram', bankrolled by Y NOT Studios. The film was supposed to hit the big screens on May 1 and the makers are waiting for theatrical release. Dhanush wrapped up his film titled 'Karnan' with Mari Selvaraj recently. The actor has recently begun shooting for his Bollywood flick 'Atrangi Re' with Akshay Kumar directed by Aanand L Rai. He shared a picture of him hugging the camera from the sets of 'Atrangi Re'.

According to the most recent reports, he will be joining hands with Vetrimaaran yet again for a film to be produced by RS Infotainment. We also hear that Prakash is likely to compose music for the film.
