The shoot of Actor Jai's 'Breaking News' directed by newcomer Andrew Pandian has been wrapped up recently.Jai will be playing a superhero in this fantasy drama which also features Bhanu Sree, Dev Gill and Rahul Dev in lead roles.

'Breaking News' has 90 minutes of computer-generated visual shots so the makers have hired 450 international visual effects technicians. Produced by Norway-based producer Thirukadal Udhayam, the film is all set to attract audiences with visual promos and songs one after the other followed by worldwide theatrical release shortly.

The director said the post-production work is going on in a brisk pace and nearing completion. He assures the film will take take Jai a gain leap when it comes to star-status.

The female lead, Bhanu Sree become popular from Telugu Bigg Boss reality show. Bhanu Sree says “The film is all about an ordinary man(Jai) transformed into a superhero for the welfare of society. I am playing Jai’s love interest who literally falls in love due to his innocence on my first sight, marries him and later get separated due to our ego and stubbornness”.
