Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram' Teaser copied from popular web-series [Video]

Reports suggest that the actor will be playing a cop in Vikram, which directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Raaj Kamal Films

The first look teaser and title of Kamal Haasan's 232nd film, 'Vikram', was released on the occasion of Kamal Haasan's 66th birthday, November 7.

The film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and is produced by Kamal Haasan’s home banner of Raj Kamal Films International.

'Vikram' title teaser runs for 2 minute-22-second in which Kamal Haasan prepares dinner for guests in a secluded villa. He lays down the banana leaf plates and watches the rice cook, he stocks piles of weapons and ammunition at different vantage points. Meanwhile, guests who look like politicians and policemen, arrive with their faces covered in black clothes. Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan takes his place at the centre of the big dining table. He surveys the atmosphere for a few seconds and with a killer look, he looks at the camera and says, 'Shall we begin?'. Finally, as Kamal Haasan pulls out a pair of an axe from under the table and throws at us, the title Vikram appears on screen.

As the title teaser goes viral on social media, netizens found the teaser video is copied from the popular web series from Netflix. This scene is literally copied from the world famous ‘Narcos’ series that is streamed on Netflix.
