Thalapathy Vijay starrer Master is the biggest and highly anticipated movie from the Tamil movie industry, which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj
Ardent Vijay fans have been waiting to watch the film in theaters. But they have also been requesting the 'Master' team for an update, and they are eager to watch the teaser or trailer of the film.
Reliable sources suggests that the film will not hit the screens this year and the makers have decided to release it for Pongal 2021 once things get back to normal.
Now in a recent interview with a YouTube channel, director of the film, Lokesh Kanagaraj has answered about the delay in 'Master' release and updates, and also revealed about when the teaser or trailer of 'Master' will release.
Lokesh said he is unhappy for not being able to deliver the trailer of the film which is already made and ready. He saud it is not good to present a teaser or trailer unless the release date of the film is finalized.
“But now that we’re hearing a lot of good news about theatres opening up, we too have begun to start thinking positively. The audience will keep getting regular updates from the Master team. I felt I needed to convey this to Vijay sir’s fans”, he says.
While the Tamil Nadu government has given permission to open theaters from November 10th, let's hope for some positive things to happen.
The latest word from Lokesh Kanagaraj confirms that the 'Master' teaser and trailer are already, but it is not the time yet for release. It will be a celebration for the fans once those are released.
Produced by Xavier Britto under his home banner XB Film Creators, the film features Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist. This is Sethupathi’s first collaboration with Vijay. Actor Vijay will be seen playing the role of a college professor in the film.
Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das, Antony Varghese, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Sriman, Sanjeev, Srinath, Ramya Subramanian and Gouri Kishan are also a part of the project.
