Yamuna, Suraksha arrested on prostitution charges
South Indian film and TV actresses Yamuna, Suraksha and a prominent software company proprietor Venugopal were allegedly caught red-handed in Bangalore on Thursday on charges of running a prostitution racket. The actresses and nine others were arrested by the police from a five star hotel in the city.
According to police, the raids were conducted on ITC Royal Gardenia Hotel on Thursday based on definite clues. Police added that the investigation is on. Both Yamuna and Suraksha have acted in a few Telugu and Tamil films and serials.
