Just yesaterday we heard that Dhanush - Genelia paring again for Mareesan, now the latest addition is Hansika.
Even before Velayudham could hit the screens, where Genelia and Hanshika share the screen with Vijay, both the actresses will be joining hands Dhanush.
Though there were reports that two actresses have always maintained that they were good friends and shared a cordial relationship with each other.
Director Chimbudevan would be casting both in his forthcoming film Maareesan, starring Dhanush in the lead.
‘Maareesan is a fantasy film, set in contemporary times and Dhanush will play an interesting character in it. The film is a two heroine subject, with both of them having equal weightage. Simbu has approached both Genelia and Hansika for the roles and is currently holding talks with them. It will be a while before any official confirmation can be made.’
