Director Sami had earlier directed films like Mirugam, Uyir and Sindhu Samaveli. Since Sami’s films had adult themes, he has been stamped as an A certificate film director.

Sami in an interview had mentioned that he is not such a director to arouse sexuality through his films.

Now he has directed an emotion packed affectionate film titled Kangaroo. Arjuna has donned the lead role. Varsha Ashwathi, Priyanka, Ganja Karuppu, Thambi Ramaiah. Sundarrajan and Kalabhavan Mani are also donning important roles in the film.

It seems that Sami’s mother have scolded him for directing such adult themed movies. Now it is sure that his mother will appreciate him for his quality film. The Censor Board members who saw the film have certified with a U certificate. This has shocked the entire Kollywood.
