The cast, with Ramana playing the main villain, is complete with Azhagamperumal, Singamuthu, 'Ganja' Karuppu and others.  Speaking about the film's salient features, Nandu says that the shooting of the film has just been wrapped up.  The one-liner of the film is 'there is a limit as to who can rub shoulders with whom', explains Nandu and says that the film has an equal measure of family sentiment, romance and action.

"When approached initially to play the villain in the film, Ramana refused.  Only when he was narrated the whole story with the script, he couldn't wait for the shooting to begin.  Such is the character, which could even be the most significant of all the villains' roles the Tamil cinema has witnessed uptil now," assures Nandhu.
