Ajith is one of the top stars in Tamil cinema industry. He is fondly called Ultimate star by his fans. They are prefixing the title Ultimate Star to his name. Now Ajith has decided to do away with the title.

He has also written to Sivaji Productions requesting them not to use the title Ultimate Star in the film Asal. When asked him about this decision, he said,” In recent times India cinema is journeying in a different direction.

At this point of time I also want to make some changes according to the changing trends. Hence I have requested Sivaji Productions not to use the title Ultimate Star in the film. This title will also not be used in any advertisements in future.
