"GoodKnight" Mohan , long ago , associated himself with 'Super Steel' RB Choudhary to produce films under Super Good films banner. They produced films including Pudhu Vasantham and Perum Pulli.

Mohan later ventured independently to produce films. He came out with movies in Hindi including Gardish starring Jackie Shroff and Dimple Kapadia, Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor in Kabhi Na Kabhi, Tabu in Chandni Bar. He has been known to support new innovative movie stories and promote new technicians.

After a long gap, Mohan is back in Kollywood to produce a movie starring Dhanush. Titled "Seedan" , the movie features Dhanush and Ananya in the lead roles .  A newcomer plays the second hero while the cast includes Suhasini Mani Rathnam, Vivek, Ilavarasan, Ponvannan. After a long gap, yesteryear heroine Sheela plays a prominent role.
 
Music for the movie is composed by Dhina, while Srinivasan, a former associate of P C Sreeram  handles the camera and Jackson is in-charge of art direction. The movie is directed by Subramania Siva, who wielded the megaphone for films like Thiruda Thirudi and the recent Yogi. A huge massive set resembling an ancestral Tamil style home is erected at Prasad Labs in chennai . The film will hit the floors soon.
