With his Kutty ready to hit screens tomorrow on Pongal, actor Dhanush has good news for his fans. It’s all about his other project Seedan, which will bring the hit combo Dhanush-Subramaniam Siva together again after the grand success of their blockbuster Thiruda Thirudi.


The film is produced by ‘Good Knight’ Mohan, who was earlier, associated with ‘Super Steel’ R.B. Choudary under the banner name of Super Good Films. Producer Mohan has churned out films in various languages including Bollywood’s Gardish, Kabhi Na Kabhi and Madhur Bhandarkar’s Chandni Bar. In Mollywood, he has produced around 40 films including include Spadikam, Kilukam, Iyer- the Great and Kalapani (directed by Priyadarshan, which was later dubbed in Tamil as Sirai Chaalai.


Nadodigal fame Ananya stars opposite Dhanush in female lead while Suhasini Mani Rathnam, Vivek, Ilavarasan, Ponvannan and yesteryears Sheela will perform prominent roles. Dheena will score music while Sriram will crank the camera. Art director Jackson has erected grand sets of an ancient ancestral Tamil Nadu home at Prasad Labs and Nikhil Murugan will take care of publicity works.
