Ganesh Venkataram debuts in Malayalam
One of the most hot and happening young actors in Tamil cinema, Ganesh Venkatraman of Abhiyum Naanum and Unnaipol Oruvan fame is now all set to make his debut in Malayalam!
This ex-Gladrags Manhunt Mr. INDIA 2003 winner and among top five finalists of the Super Model contest held in Istanbul (Turkey), Ganesh will be the villain in superstar Mohanlal's big budget action thriller Casanova to be directed by Roshan Andrews.
In fact, reigning Tamil actor Arya was supposed to grab this role but recently opted out of the project as he prefered to work for director Bala (who gave him a break in Naan Kadavul) during the same dates.
With Arya stepping out, Mohanlal recommended Ganesh for the role. It may be recalled that both Mohanlal and Ganesh came together on screen in Unnaipol Oruvan. The shooting of Casanova will begin in Dubai from January 10.
