Humility is the trademark of the Sivakumar family! While papa remains one of the most revered yesteryear actors, Suriya is riding the high tide now, with Karthi close behind and yet all three of them are as grounded as it gets! Karthi, who had a dream debut with Paruthiveeran and has made a mark with another rugged role in Aayirathil Oruvan, is picky about his roles. He openly admits that he is still in the learning stage still trying to understand the psyche of the audience. Yet, he does not jump at every attractive offer that knocks on his door. 'I listen to the story attentively. Then I ask myself if I like it and if there is scope for me to display my acting skills. Then I take a look at the screenplay. If that suits my taste, I got for it! It's that simple,' he smiles.
