Siva's new avatar
Not many of us know that Mirchi Siva is a talented dancer too. His forthcoming Thamizh Padam has given him an opportunity to display it. As per the movie's script, he had to imitate a top hero's Bharatanatyam performance in a particular film, which was a cult hit in the early 1980s. Since the director of Thamizh Padam C.S. Amudhan was aware of Siva's dance talents, he requested a Bharatanatyam expert to coach the actor. But the dancer received the shock of his life when he asked Siva to perform a few steps. The actor's performance literally made the dance guru quit the sets. However, without losing his spirit, sources in the unit say Siva somehow managed to dance and completed the scene well.
