‘Raavanan’ has hit over 100 screens today and the first day first show responses have been mixed. But all of them have unanimously acknowledged that the film is a visual spectacle.

The Vikram and Aishwarya Rai starrer is a milestone film in each of the actor's career. The whole world wanted to watch the movie on the day of its release, Mani Ratnam arranged an exclusive show only for the Super Star Rajinikanth. Rajinikanth saw the film today along with the director Mani Ratnam, Vikram and others.

Aishwarya Rai was missed at the special show but Rajini had a few good words for her stunning performance in ‘Raavanan’. Not because she is the heroine of the next biggest film of the year, his own 'Endhiran'. The reviews out so far has clearly said ‘Raavanan’ is the best of her performance to date.
