These are the times when ego war could easily surface when there are two heroines in a film. But Preeta Rao and Shriya Saran had a ball shooting for 'Chikku Bhukku' and with the former saying it was a delight working with the latter.
"Shriya is already a top star and she has proved herself very well. When we met during on the sets of 'Chikku Bhukku', the first question she asked me was, 'Where were you all this time? You are so pretty,'" Preeta says.
This sister of Bollywood star Amrita Rao, who was a film journalist before entering the tinsel town, says, "I used to write a column for a Chennai-based film magazine. I was also contributing articles to reputed newspapers and magazines."
On the film directed by Manikandan, a former associate of Jeeva, the actress says, "It is an interesting script and I have an interesting role to play. My costar Arya is very friendly and I felt comfortable working with him."
