'Naan Mahaan Alla' is scheduled to hit screens this month and the censor board has passed the film with 'U/A' Certificate. The officials happened to watch the film recently and appreciated Susindran for making an unconventional film laced with poignant romance.

The film is reported to be based on a youngster Jeeva, whose happy life in Chennai is deplored with his unexpected encounters in this metropolitan city. The film has Kajal Agarwal in female lead and her onscreen chemistry with Karthi has become the headlines in the recent times.

Yuvan Shankar Raja's 'Vaa Vaa Nilava' and 'Iragai Pole' have already become chartbusters, eliciting everyone's expectations. Cloud Nine Productions is planning to release the film by August and promotional campaigns are yet to kick-start.
