This has been the question that has been raised amongst the Kamal Haasan fans in town. Padmashree Kamal Haasan made preparations to complete the film within short span of time and indeed rehearsed along with his actor before commencing the shooting.

The first schedule was done at World's most luxurious cruise at Mediterranean followed by Kodaikanal. Now both Kamal Haasan and Trisha have flown down to London for shooting few portions.
Although, the schedules are being carried on as planned, it seems that the post production works will take at least 2 months to complete.
Producer Udhayanidhi Stalin and director K.S Ravikumar had plans about releasing the film for Diwali and now it looks like the release may get postponed further.
As of now Vijay's 'Kaavalan' and Simbhu's 'Vaanam' along with Jeyam Ravi starrer 'ICH' have been confirmed as Diwali release.
